Day: Saturday April 18th, 2020. This will be the only SpineCamp session held in the Jacksonville, FL area.
TIme: 9am to 1pm. Program will start promptly.

SpineCamp: Agenda and Outline
9-9:15am: Welcome, Introduction, Brief Administrative Details, and Connectivity Trouble Shooting (if any occur)
9:15-10-15am: Mechanisms: The 3 main causes of pain and/or injury and the importance of differentiating hurt from harm will be discussed an illustrated. This forms the basis for knowing what you need to do, and what you need to avoid.
10:15-11:45am: Movements: I will demonstrate, and have you work through, 8 Movements from 3 Positions, and follow 1 Rule (Motion Repetition Rule) that you can use almost anywhere to successfully reduce or eliminate your low back pain.
11:45am-12:45pm: Modifications: You will be shown how to adapt your movements to match most any situation you could encounter. Knowing how to modify your movements will help you gain mastery over your back pain and the environments you are in.
12:45-1pm: Mistakes: You will learn to recognize and avoid the common pitfalls that can derail your progress and lead to bigger problems.
